Generic Application IMM-0008 - Colombia

;DFilling out IMM - 0008 for my wife in Colombia. In the section "National Identity Document" it requires an expiry date, however Colombian "Cedula" doesn't have an expiry date. If you leave this field blank, you can't validate the form. Embassy in Bogota won't answer my question, called them by phone, the VAC in Bogota doesn't handle Permanent Residency Applications....should I leave it blank and print the application without validating? or make up a random date so I can validate it, then cross it out and write N/A??? suggestions please!!

I'm not familiar with the form but could you use her passport since that number is the same number as the cedula number, and the passport has an expiry date and might also be considered a national identity document.
