does it mean that they revert the march form ?

These issues are nominal , has no value / impact
One has to download and fill latest form available on that date on CIC web page

I found generic application form on cic website with July 2014 time stamp. However, when I downloaded it, I am not able to print it. Can I use march 2014 version of the form?
