Hi.
I am applying for a common law visa (I am the applicant and my Canadian girlfriend the sponsor)
Do I include my Canadian girlfriend under the "Dependant(s)" section?
Neither of us have children.
I am from Sweden (living in Canada under student visa currently)
My girlfriend is born in Canada

No, she is not your dependent.

You should list her, as your Common-Law partner, on form IMM5406 (Additional Family Members).
