If you cannot download the form direct from CIC website, you can access the download thru this link

For trial I just now downloaded the IMM 0008 ( 04-2010 ) GENERIC. It is perfectly fine.

For trial I just now downloaded the IMM 0008 ( 04-2010 ) GENERIC. It is perfectly fine.

but it should be IMM 0008( 07-2011) not 04-2010. The new form I downloaded but does not work properly. It asks for third party softwares

Hello friends,
After reading the problem faced by you...I tried to download the Generic Application form from the below mentioned link :-
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008ENU_2D.pdf

I find it working absolutely fine...there could be a problem with the configuration of your ADobe reader or you guys must be having a lower version of that....try updating the Adobe reader with the latest version and things should work fine...

Yet, as I had the downloaded file on my computer, I decided to upload it on a free file hosting server and share the link with you friends so that you may download it directly from there...

Thank you Juner 2011, problem solved with the help of your link i downloaded the newest adobe version, but still struggeled... maybe it is a MAC issue???

It could be a plugin issue...you may need CIC website time and again...therefore I suggest you upgrade your web browser or re-install it...
