I had same reasons as well before ...no we will not get any letter .. I think they are trying to find rejection reason for me too that's why it's too late...

not sure about gic but college fees will return within 3 weeks and cheque takes upto 6 week for cash

harsh I am 99% sure I will get rejection don't know but strong feeling that's why already prepare for decision ...may be its good for me
