Hello I'm devansh. I completed my 15 years of education and now I'm planning for higher studies in canada. I want to do 2 years of course. Can you please help me out names of different university or college which have 2 years of course and accept 15 years of education. Course s should be related to finance cause I completed my bachelor degree in finance so related to finance will do. I have heard that after completing 2 years of education in canada I'll get 3 years of work permit.

None of the Canadian universities except 3 years Bachelors degree so you are not eligible for Universities.
But you can do 2 years Post Graduate Diploma / Certificate courses from community colleges.

There are many colleges who will accept you for post graduate diploma, it is difficult to find two years certificate or post graduate diploma, but yes you will be able to find Diploma program. 3 years bachelor degree is accepted. it depends what program you are interested in and what are availabilities.

If you have good grades, some universities will accept you for a pre-master program which is one year, after completing it you can then apply for the master program. Most universities do this actually.

Most of the colleges which are in the list of SPP program, not universities. for universities it depends on your educational grades also very less universities have post graduate diploma or certificate programs.
post graduate diploma is more active in community colleges not universities.

All Colleges are same in Ontario, nothing big difference. after completion of course you will have to find job and you get job according to your knowledge and skills not because of any college, some technical programs used to attract Companies like RIM in humber not sure anymore if there is any company comes for humber college students. for international students most colleges are just to entry in canada and study to show government that they have Canadian education to get work permit and apply for PR.

Thanks for the info but the course you suggested is a bachelors degree whereas i am looking for a post graduate course which helps me in my career goals as a software developer.

I already have a bachelors degree and have experience as a java developer of around 3.5 Years and i plan to stick to this course only.

Also i am from india and most of the consultancy here only have details of colleges in Toronto where as they simply ignore Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Consultancy in India go for where they get more commission, also Ontario is only province with most choices of programs.
if you look at Alberta not alot of colleges are here and if there are they all have programs in Trade field also its not easy to get admission in Alberta.

So your best choice should be ontario for studies and also for java developers most jobs are in Ontario (Only if you know your work).

Alberta is full with trade and engineering jobs, Engineering means Electrical, mechanical, piping, automobile, civil, geological. computers in india is Engineering not here.

get into one of courses in toronto in humber like this one

http://www.humber.ca/program/computer-programmer

or if you want to go for best and spend less money and get into job right after best choice would be

https://www.lambton.on.ca/MBCT/ this one offers you one year of study and 1 year of coop internship. (benefit is you pay only one year fee but you get two years education certificate) which helps in getting three year work permit after study.

also always choose program with coop where you can get experience by working in company either as paid or unpaid both give you benefit.

Good luck.
