General labour class W1 visa

Somebody please help me in this matter.

Am from India.
I got work permit to work in canada. (Designation as manager in a hotel )- It's General Labour Class W1 visa.The contract period is 2 year and 1 year extendable.My question is , CAN I APPLY FOR PR WITH THIS VISA.if it is possible when can I apply.Does this need any confirmation from the current employer.Or the Companay will apply for PR on behalf of me .
My educational qualification is Higher secondary Passed.
Job experience - 10 years in life insurance sales in India .

I think u can go through express entry while u in canada and can you please tell how did you got work permit did you contact any agency

i think i would have asked how experience in life insurance sales relates to being a manager in a hotel without any hospitality experience ?
