Hi there,

After getting PR card, Is there any rule we have to stay here in Canada?

I am planning to go for vacation for 3 or 4 month to India after getting PR under CEC class.Do I have to let CIC knows about it? Do I need a VISA?

You can go for vacation. No visa required. You need to stay 2 out of 5 years in Canada to retain PR status.

by Getting PR, am assuming that you already have the PR card in hand. PR card is required for travelling outside canada. rest everything as said above is TRUE
