I was rejected visa for Sept 2011 as they stated that
1) the documents provided lacked creditibility and this diminished the overall creditibilty of the documents
2) i am not convinced that you have answered all the questions truthfully.

evry docx provided was genuine, BA marksheet, 2 work experience letters, loan approval, IELTS etc however i jst gave them an offer letter from fanshawe and a TT wire transfer reciept from axis bank ( this cud be the problem as my agent said)

Now i am reapplyin for diploma in marketin in centennial wid the following docs
Marksheets: 10th 12th n BA with passin degree
IELTS score 7.5
work experience letter
- 5 yrs as a telemarketin executive( during my college yrs)
- 2 yrs work exp in marketin and PR
1 yr tuition fees paid confirmtion from the college
9 lakh educational loan against a fresh FD
Brothers ITRs of rs 420000.00 per annum

Do u tink this is gud enuf? is the work exp too much(7yrs total) but since i already provided this exp letter b4 can i make any changes?
i hope it does not show too much as i started workin after my 12th

Hi,


1. In your first attempt, you did a mistake by applying on the basis of an ‘offer letter’ (You in fact need a LOA). I am not even sure if you submitted any loan letter.

2. You are a graduate and now aspiring for a ‘Diploma in Marketing’. May I know if it’s a PG level course! If not thn probably you need to think again.

3. You have 7 years of work experience. I do not know what makes you to add 5 years of college level work experience (probably it's a part time work experience, if it’s a full time work experience you again failed to show that you are in fact a genuine student who wish to study further in Canada). Your 2 years of PG work experience was more thn enough. Since you have already applied based on that work experience letter, so now there is NO QUESTION of editing the terms/format of that letter.

4. You should;

-Submit your own ITR.
-Work experience on a company letter head.
-A certified loan letter (I am presuming its Rs. 9 lacs + 1st year tuition already paid).

yes its a post graduate cetificate course and my employer providing me with a recommendation letter.

i did make a mistake by submitting the work exp during college but now i cannt do anytin to rectify it. Maybe jst provide a strong SOP that i jst wanted to start working early may help.

yes a loan letter + 1 yr tuition fee for the financial document.
