Okh thn prepare financial document like,
-property valuation certis from approved valuer
-ppf/gpf certi
-LIC surrender certi
-bank statements 4m ur nd ur perents ac.

Give this all doc to ur CA nd tell him/her to make report from these documents.
Put this report nd all the original docs in ur VISA application.

Moreover, try 2 pay whole year fee in ur clg.

-as per me, ur chances r good.
-just write sop in search box u will find lots of posts 4 it.
-if ur applying under spp than just pay gic nd 1 sem/1 year fee.
-CA certi is for general category only.
