wait till tomorrow. a friend of mine had a similar situation and he got his mail the next day. hope u have a positive result.

nobody got an email today... trying to keep hopes alive....

There a lot of times where students have got the mail much later. so dont get worked up. wait for ur passports and ul know for sure.
