I have a client ID showing on my work permit. Do I put that number on the application?

I have another question. On Personal Details section question 10. Current country of residence.

Do we just put how long we have been living in Canada from the day we enter Canada as study permit or the start date of our work permit?

Also the end date, do we put the expiry date of our work permit or the day we submit our application or just blank?

Study permit date, if that's the date you became resident in Canada.

Also the end date, do we put the expiry date of our work permit or the day we submit our application or just blank?
Different people do different things. I used my application date (e.g. the date I signed all the forms)

yes, you can also put the expiry date of your work permit.
