General and Academy IELTS Uncertainty

Hello All,

Can someone articulate the IELTS test taking practices.
I already hold General Test IELTS Score card ? Can i still apply for the Academy test ?

In this case, if i get the Academy eligibility score and move to canada for Study, what would happen to my EE profile that was created for PR application. I do agree it gets expired after a year. But considering the province nomination if in case i got ITA with in the stipulated time, how will that be processed by CIC ?

Won't that be a conflict of interest ?

There is no conflict of interest, you can go ahead with your study visa application along with your Express entry profile still being valid.

Thanks a lot for your update. Is there any condition that i need to explain or highlight on the EE status anywhere during my study visa process ?

Do not have to mention anything about your express entry profile as you have not applied for permanent residency.
