Hi ppl.
A little fast question:
All the NOC codes can apply for a Federal Skilled Worker aplication?.
I´m specifically talking about the 4141 Secondary School Teachers profession
English as second Language.
Thanx!

For FSW 1, only those 38 NOCs can fulfill the ministerial criteria but any NOC of skill type 0, A or B can get you points.

Do you have a job offer in canada or are you living in canada now. If no, then you need to have an year of experience in list of 38. 4141 is not on that list. But go look at that list on google and see if any of your previous work fit those jobs.

Hi

I think my question is relevant here. I applied for immigration in Nov 2008 under NOC, 4141, which is not on the NOC anymore. However, I believe that for the last two years I have been working as 4131 (college n vocational teaching etc). Now its been over a year that I have not received any answer from them.

Should I send in a new application without withdrawing the previous one?

Cheers

Drfaustus i would if i were you.
But not really relevant here either lol. Relevance comes from enhancing the OP's question, not because commonality in 4141.
Having said that, I would apply if I were you. Just be sure that you have to withdraw one at some point. Figure out when to do that.
