Gender mistake in TRV application for parents

Hello,

I submitted the application yesterday for my parents to attend my convocation ceremony in Canada. But I made a mistake in gender for my father.

I have received the BIL as well. Is there a way to correct this information? If I withdraw will I get full refund?

H! Could you please tell me what happened with your application? I made a similar mistake and sent a web form immediately, I got the biometrics collection letter as well but with the same mistake. Did the issue get resolved for you?
