No.. but you should order to know the status of your file

I don’t know what else to do. Will cross 9 months in about 10 days. Eligibility met and nothing else started. I called cic many times but its same. Agents marked the file twice as reminder for officer but nothing changed. Raised cse and mailed CPC-Ottawa but no reply from there too. Ordered gcms second time, and still there’s no hope
