Received GCMS recently. I noticed that the due date is one year from the time the application got the AOR. Is it one year from the date IRCC received the applications or one year from applicant receives AOR?

Your processing time starts the day we receive your complete application and ends when we make a decision.
If you apply by mail, the processing time starts when your application arrives in our mailroom.
