Raise a CSE, submit a webform.

Don't call people with identified names on the internet idiots. Since this person will likely have very few clearances to re-issue, you calling them an idiot is a good way to not make friends.

GCMS is a system in which the immigration officer has to update the notes about the processing which he is/she is doing with the application.
You order the notes under access to information and privacy act, which is legal.
