GCMS Status :Review Required ( Help urgent)

is it okay if i just send them the letter with list of job duties
or do i need to send complete reference letter?

They are very fast sending decisions after the strike. so u should hear some thing soon..

About reference letter
I send them new reference letters becoz they counted my exp from convocation (2012 stupid rules) instead of PGWP. so my GCMS says that i dont have enough exp ( I have 10 days less exp if they took degree confer date in account). so i mailed them updated reference letters in june, they did confirm me addition of documents to my file. Whether they will consider it or not that I dont know..

(there are some cases, one i have seen on this forum where the VO did consider updated reference letter)..so yes send them

It really depends on case oficer. you are lucky you have a chance to send an updated letter . Make sure you write an explanation as to why they should accept this letter and i am sure you ll be ok . I was actually rejected for not giving all the details of my job duties and have to go through the whole process again .

" I received my GCMS notes and found out that the job responsibilities mentioned in my reference letter were not in detail so I had requested for another reference letter from my employer with better details about my job duties. I am attaching the letter with this email.

Please consider this letter as an addition to the existing one.It is signed and written by the same officer in xyz company. I have already attached the proof regarding total number of hours with the application ( Pay stubs and T4) . I will really appreciate if you will consider both letters. "

This explanation should be good enough. I am almost done through the process. Sent my passport today to get COPR hoping to get it back by end of this month .

they received my application on nov9,2012
visa officer updated my application on aug 14,2013 and dint consider my Work ex and changed status to review required

and it was untouched till sept9,2013 and haven't heard anything yet so maybe its still under review required status

Yeah mine was received on 31 November I updated letter on 29th July...my last gcms printed on 28 July..
After that I didn't apply for gcms...so I guess my file is before u for review
