Go to tracker and check the top right corner, and there should be a message saying like "Updated: 2024/01/01". If you find nothing actually had changed, then it is a so-called ghost update.

It's not a Ghost Update. What you're describing is simply an update in your tracker, which happens from time to time. A Ghost Update occurs when your GCKey application shows 'Application/Profile Updated' instead of 'Submitted,' but no actual changes have been made.

I have been in security screening for last 04 years. In September 2024, got re-medical request and was asked to submit updated PCC and Schedule A. Today after one month of submission got an email that we have received your documents. Getting re-medical request, does that mean my background check is complete?

What kind of application is this?
