Notes section in GCMS notes said C-check required, followed by C-check submitted.
These text were initially redacted, but later appeared. Not sure what circumstantial change triggers it.

I got GCMS notes from March, April, June, July and August (As the date the notes were retrieved). My file was submitted for C-check on February 22, 2024, the day after my second ADR was replied to. I could see those notes uncovered (not redacted) starting from GCMS notes from July.

with those notes uncovered, I could see some information on Security section in the Admissibility Assessment section of GCMS notes, and I could find out that the file was in A34 Comprehensive screening.

Do you know what was the due date on your security , from gcms notes? Thank you

Due date for security was January 7, 2025 on GCMS notes.

I didn't get Final Decision yet after 9 days, it seems it can take a couple of months. Will see how it goes.

I will wait till next week before contacting the MP office again.

Hi! My ITA - 2023-10-12 - EE PNP. It has been a year since. All stages completed except security. It started 2023-10-31. My CBSA notes show status "Received by CBSA - 2024-04-22". Called today IRCC status hasn't changed after 6 months: still Received by CBSA. Asked MP to help 2 times: the answers - just wait. They can't do anything. I have read this thread and now I think that the best option is to fill Writ of Mandamus as soon as possible. I understand the cost and ready to pay.

Question-1: isn't it too early (1 year) for Writ of Mandamus or should I wait few months more (endlessly)?
Question-2: any recommended lawyers/firms?

P.S I decided to wait 6 more month. As I can see it takes minimum 12 months for comprehensive security check....

I have been in security screening for last 04 years. In September 2024, got re-medical request and was asked to submit updated PCC and Schedule A. Today after one month of submission got an email that we have received your documents. Getting re-medical request, does that mean my background check is complete?

I just received my notes GCMS
I see it is mentioned :
security screening with an activity that is canceled: A34-A41 non-compliance
and I noticed that there is no due date for this SS
And the last note October 09th 2024 there is a Texte : ** officier review** updated IC correspondence
Undated IC correspondence from provided to received
Application reviewed - assessment in progress
But there is another notes in the same day before the last note
Is mentioned that
Application reviewed - awaiting for the results of the c- check for PA

Please what that means ????
