Do you know about any cases when the final decision was made in weeks, not 6+ months after such note in a tracker?

When I obtained this status, I actively searched for a lot of information on this forum, hoping to find some hope of a prompt review. However, I couldn't find a single case that took less than six months.

SS Start. If you are in SS, forget about your AOR date, it no longer means anything. Instead, calculate all dates from the start of SS, typically 11-13 months from when SS begins.

So would have to do Medical again as they will expire in July 24.

It depends. From what I understand, when the medicals expire, they send the old file with the medical examination to a special service that assesses medical exams. This service determines whether the medicals can be extended. If they respond that the medicals can be extended, the officer will renew them immediately, without waiting for the end of SS. If not, the case is put on hold until the end of SS. As soon as SS is completed, the officer sends a request for a remedial. That's why on the forum, people refer to a remedial as a miniPPR. I am Outland applicant, my medical was extended.

Hi guys. What is the current timeline to get CSIS notes? I ordered them today first time.

My as started since 2023 Feb, and I ordered 5 times of CSIS notes, their answer has always been “A search of this bank was conducted and no personal information concerning you was located.” And my CBSA notes always show as in progress, and it has been 14 months now, Anyone can explain?! Are there particular reasons why an application should go for SS?

I learnt that working for the military or paramilitary could be one are there other reasons?

It's possible that they are inland and their case was not on SS but on light S, where CSIS is not mentioned, which is why it went through so quickly. Or perhaps their case was different, etc. In general, I haven't seen them, but I would be interested in studying them because I haven't encountered such cases before.
