GCMS shows IELTS obsolete but they were to expire two 3 months after AOR

Also, education is listed as institution not recognized although in WES it says Status: Recogonized institution:

Recently got my gcms. I think obsolete means that the entry was edited by you prior to submitting your application. If you look I think you should find another entry tor ielts without obsolete written against it.

Does CIC tracks all the changes made between initial submission of EE profile and eAPR? Do they question about the changes?

If your WES assessment says "recognized", then you don't have to worry.

My education was also "not recognized" in GCMS notes, and so was my friend's. We didn't experience any issues related to that.

Look at the written notes on the last pages of your GCMS notes. There is information that was put by a case processing agent. That's the most important part.

It's common for information to be redacted (withheld/blank) from the GCMS notes under various sections of the Access to Information Act; that is the Act under which GCMS notes are requested. If that applies in your case you will (1) be notified about it in the email from IRCC and (2) see things like s15, s16, s19, etc mentioned on the top right hand corner of your file.
