Finally received my GCMS notes the security page is BLANK WHITE there is nothing there except security 1 and my name , next page is criminality it's passed

how do i know if i am on security screening , i seached in a lot of topics didn't find my answer , please help

I think for me it's security screening i asked somebody and he asked me to look in activity section and to see how many are hidden
For me itns the first three activities and the fourth one is written security so it might me SS
