Anyone has RC-8090 (Assigned to) in their GCMS notes? Does it RC-8090 mean an officer (or) office? All my processes are stuck @ RC-8090. Any input is appreciated.

These visa offices are referred to by their codes, called “responsibility centre” (RC) codes. Some of the common RC codes are:
RC-9515: Case Processing Centre, Ottawa
RC-8090: Case Processing Centre, Sydney

That's good to know. So my application is being processed by CPC-Sydney. Most of my friends in Toronto it is processed at Scarbro office. Scarbro office is listed as secondary office in my GCMS notes.
I thought only the regional office will work on citizenship application after AOR, not CPC-Sydney.
Let's see how many have RC-8090 based on replies to this post.
Applications are sent to the office close to your address after AOR and sometime after background check is completed.
But my file is stuck at CPC-Sydney even after background check completed and in-progress. All sections are assigned to RC-8090. Seems there are other people especially (Nov-Dec-2019 & Jan-Feb-2020) are with same situation.
May 2020 applicant. My file was transferred to Ottawa in May 2021 - complete silence - no test, no nothing1
Done with the test in July 2021. Applied in Jan 2020. Single application.
