I have same horrible situation, waiting dince Dec 2020
I applied in June 2022. Test completed on March 23rd but invite from west (im told that is Vancouver); however, when I phone they tell my my application is still being processed at the Sydney office.
While its almost been one year since i received my AOR i am still within their current 19 month process I do wonder why my application is still with the sydney office (im in BC). I asked this question last phone call and was told that most online applications are processed at Sydney office and only get sent to another office when ready for the oath ceremony. Well based on what ive seen on these forums that information is incorrect. I asked if my application had become non routine and was told he could not answer that. But it seems to me (based on what ive seen on this forum) those stuck in Sydney office are taking 20 months or longer. So that would suggest to me that those applications are indeed non routine. Im just speculating of course cause Im sure others are still waiting and are at a different office.

Hi folks, I'm assigned to RC-8090 for my LPP to be assessed; test completed in March. Any guesses on how queue seniority works at RC-8090? Do they go by test completion date or AOR? Or the side of the bed they woke up on?
I will guess queue seniority is based loosely off of AOR and a combination of other things: number of PCCs (for reverification), proximity to 1,095 days (for additional scrutiny or to request passport scans), language (correct evidence submitted or not). This would account for the erratic discrepancies between people who clear LPP within days of their test or those who wait 5+ months.
