I wonder if e-grant df means delayed files, like a branch in ircc for delayed files/applications. like if it is true that they are trying to process new applications in order to bring down the processing time, they may have created a new branch for delayed files.

you didn't receive your notes too? I've made 2 note requests one to CSIS and one to another place and it has been 38 days today and still no response. it's weird. I was expexting them to send it this week but didn't get them. I also never received any extension notification as well, so idk what's going on or what's the expected timeline.
I got my GCMS notes this morning. Nothing new at all, just says LPP is done and Oath not started. I contacted my MP (they are not helpful) that maybe this will give them a nudge. All MP's office does is call IRCC and show authorization to inquire on our behalf.

Yeah I think contacting the MP is really useless for inquiry purposes unfortunately. Though, I wonder if they have a separate phone number or use the same one as we do.

January 2023 applicant here too. I hope you at least got BG, cos I don't even have that completed.
Luckily that much I did but after giving my fingerprints :(. Your BG check is still going? Have you ordered GCMS notes? Have you had to give fingerprints?

Never got the request of fingerprints. GCMS notes said CBSA cleared in March 2023, so I don't really know what's the hold up.

My colleague asked me to help guide her on the citizenship application process for her and her husband. They applied in September 2023 and she just told me she got an email yesterday that everything is completed, just waiting for Oath....this is just demoralizing...

Except AOR i didnt get anything on my application. Its almost 10 months to today. i have filed my application.
Try contacting your local MP because the current processing time is 15 months, they basically have 5 months to complete your application so what is missing and you should also find out if your application is routine or non-routine.

Hi everyone, I've only requested GCMS notes with Privacy Act. Has anyone chosen the other paid option? What information were you able to access through the Access to Information Act ($5) versus the Privacy Act option?

Can relate. Friend applies in september and gets oath in december for the same year. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Same stuff. Sometimes the notes are generated faster but not always.

Yah that is very demoralizing, i dont understand why they can't hire more people if they know applications will be increasing so why not just complete it.
