Hello. I got a refusal for my study visa and I will like to reapply but I want to see my Gcms notes to better understand the reason for my refusal. I would like to get referrals to a reliable source to help me order my Gcms notes since I’m not in Canada.

You can order them from a GCMS company. Google - order GCMS notes.

I applied for GCMS notes on 2nd May from this website - https://gcms-notes.ca, its been 30 days i did not receive the notes yet.

Can i apply for the GCMS notes again from the official canadian website?

My question is is it okay to apply again when I still didn't receive the GCMS notes from the previous website? Please reply???

GCMS notes can be requested from IRCC or CBSA. From time to time, there will be delays, so it is better to order your notes from both. See https://shorturl.at/yq3wW

The time frame of 30 days is calendar days. see https://rb.gy/s3nftz. Also, on a case-by-case basis, there can be extensions sought.

Delays are very common. The ATIP annual reports indicate that.
