GCMS notes

Hello there

I got my AOR on 17 October 2017 and then a document request on 30 Nov.
My medical also expired on 3 march,2018.
My agent said my file was delayed as my medical was expired
I applied for GCMS notes a month before.
In the final notes it is mentioned that passport request letter sent via bulk mail out on 6 feb,2018.
My agent did not receive any mail for passport request.
Agent has already mailed them asking reason...
Not sure of their reply....

If anyone can provide any help on this.
I shall be very grateful.

tell your agent to raise a CSE and ask them to resend the email. They will respond in 20 days
