NOC Code......

In my opinion I think it shouldn't adversely affect your application as it's just a small timing concern where the assessor just noted it for reference.

Perhaps they will think that it was just a mistake on your part. The fact that you didn't benefit from entering a later date in your profile is in your favor and strengthens the case that you didn't try to misrepresent something in order to gain an advantage. But in the future, you shouldn't do something like that - follow the instructions exactly as given when asked about dates, without overthinking.

thanks, your comments makes me feels better. the reason I did not enter starting date as May 2014 is because my start date is really close to June, if I enter to May, the system will count May as one month, but actually I just worked for 10 days in May. I did not want let CIC think I misrepresented my situation.

Can you please advice how you requested the GCMS notes? Is this free?
If you are in Canada or know someone in Canada who can order on your behalf, then you can order using the below link (would cost $5)

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

Otherwise, there are 3-rd party sites which will cost you around $25.
