I got the GCMS notes after a month.

The notes say

** Agent Review ** POLICE CERTIFICATE R10 OK All Police Certificates on Applicaiton; All NRT. Education credential documents ECA verified on issuing agency website; Foreign credential confirmed on ECA site. ECA summary reported by issuing agency as Bachelor degree ( 4 years). Credential is not consistent with the level of education claimed by PA under EE eligibility.

I had claimed two or more post-secondary degrees, diploma or certificate with one degree of at least three years on my express entry profile.

I have a 3 year diploma (computer Technology) + 3 year degree(Bachelor of Engineering) from India
Also i have a 1 year post-graduate diploma from Canada.

Is it something wrong that i have claimed ?

I am worried if my application will get rejected.

Recalculate your crs score considering they are only considering you as a bachelors degree holder. If you would have still gotten an invitation because you are above the cut off you should be fine. Also, if applying under fsw do you still get 67 points even with only a bachelors degree ?

But this is strange... if ECA claims its a Bachelor's Degree, shouldn't CIC just accept that?? I.e Bachelors + Canadian post grad = 2 degrees, one of which is 3 years or more... How can they claim that it is "not consistent"?

What you claimed is different than what the eca is saying. According to the ECA you are equivalent of a bachelors degree holder so you should have chosen that option

I suppose they are not taking into account your couple of qualifications; they are only considering your Bachelors of Engineering which is of 3 years; what did you select in span of qualification when filling details of your engineering Degree ? 3 years or 4 Years ?

No - it's clear that the three year diploma AND three year degree together were considered the equivalent of ONE four-year Canadian Bachelor's degree. BUT there is also the 1-year Canadian degree, which would not have been evaluated by WES, and which should have justified the choice of two degrees, diplomas, etc. Perhaps the VO missed that diploma? Of course the WES-evaluated foreign credential was not equivalent to 2 degrees, but with the addition of the Canadian one, the applicant chose the correct category. Did the applicant upload the Canadian diploma along with the foreign ones?

I have already submitted the application 2 months back.

I had ordered GCMS notes to check what is going on with my application.

My ECA says Bachelors degree four years and i have another Canadaian degree which is of one year (Information systems business Analysis 1 year Post graduate certificate).

While creating the profile i had selected two or more post secondary degrees because the help text provided on that field mentioned to select that if you want to get the correct number of points.

I am confused about the first line. It says R10 OK. Should i order another GCMS notes to check what is current status.

As per the GCMS notes my file has been transferred to CPC-Ottawa.

It looks to me as if either you did not include the Canadian diploma with your educational evidence, or the VO made a mistake. In either case, it seems quite likely that losing the points between "bachelor's degree" and "two or more diplomas" didn't put you below your draw. In that case, it simply makes no difference to your application. You can order a second set of notes, but it doesn't seem that it affected your progress.

The draw in which i was selected had closed at 469 points. My score is 471.

If they consider only bachelors degree then there would be 8 points drop.

For education documents i had provided Diploma degree ( 3 yrs india) , Bachelors degree ( 3 yrs inda) , Canadian Post graduate certificate and ECA as evidence.

Do you think it would be a wise idea to quickly send an LOE in respect of points claimed for education through CSE. Comprehensively detail why you chose 2 or more degree without referring to the GCMS notes. I opine this may help if your VO is missing the point why you are entitled to 2 or more degree.

I am the first to admit the computer application is over my head as I have not filled one out, but from what I understand you have to put all documents in one pdf then upload it, otherwise the second upload overwrites the first one. Do I have that right? Just wondered if this could explain what you are dealing with?

You are correct. They must be in one pdf, and if you upload a second it knocks the first off. So that is one explanation for what happened, and the other is that the VO was wrong.
