GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Hi guys,

My wife's sponsorship application status changed to DM last week but she didn't get PPR, she sent an email to visa office about it and they answered:
"Please be advised that this file has been preliminarily assessed and is currently in the queue for the secondary review."
Can you please tell what this means? and how long it takes for second review?

No I asked about visa from Visa office and they answered that.

So on oct 9 , 2020 its expired
I applied for GCMS NOTES .
In that it says on oct 21,2020 medical reassessment requested for PA .
In the next note,
on oct 22 2020 medical reassessment granted for PA
What is that mean , Plz reply guys
Do I need to do the medicals again
Plzz reply

You don't have to worry about this, they will extend the validity of your medical examination until further notice.

The latest note says:

......I make the following recommendation.

What could be the reason for such a long delay? It's been approx 2 years and I am just waiting.
