GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Hello,

My wife's application was in Mississauga and in GCMS it shows all notes/recommendations from Mississauga officer. But, after file was transferred to Delhi in Jan. 2019, there are no notes or information about it in GCMS. Does it mean that NDVO has not released it's information? Or does it mean there was no work on file done in NDVO?

Oh no problem i understand, my question is, now as you see, in the notes right after "age didnt change" it mentions document review: client information. Now usually people have the statement DOCUMENTS SET FOR REVIEW, which i read means that the docs are ready to be assesed so i am afraid that mine arent ready yet for assesment?

I don't feel so, this can be a review of any document in doubt. What does note 2 and 1 states

Nothing it mentions only my bio input and the PerVu check by Ottawa office, then notes 3 it says R10 Ok recommendation: review required stat question. Age didnt change from ita to eApr. Documents review required: client information

I don't see a reason to worry, relax for some time and your eligiblity will start. That is when you will get a clear picture. This review is normal. If the documents submitted had some problem, you would have already received an ADR request.

In the first thread the writer mentioned that If security had S15 in the corner this means it is completed and that criminality will not have anything in the corner.
In my case I do have S21 in the corner for both security and criminality

Anyone knows what that means???

Hello Dear, were you able to find out what S 16 1(c) stands for? I received my GCMS notes last month and had this number on the last pages of the notes and 2 lines were blanked out. A little concerned about it.

Am I fall to interview list so it's no news for me? I have a friend who eligibility is Recommend Passed and got Interview letter while it's still silent for me. I wonder who here is same sittuation with me? I'm getting frustrated for no news almost 4 months.

I called ircc last friday, agent said there are no notes are on the file after transfer to ndvo. I guess ndvo don't put any notes .

You're right. That could be the case because even in my notes it seemed like after file was transferred to NDVO there was no action on it at all until I got additional docs request.

Ordered GCMS notes via Canadian ATIP site direct (CA$5 - bargain) - My wife (the Candian) had to do the form and I (the PA, British) fill in a 'please release my notes to ....' form so that she could receive the file. Well, as described. However, really low on any notes - so I assume that's a good thing at this 'late' stage (with 2 months to go to the 12 month deadline!) I was a little sad not to see 'activity' or notes on activity - but according to this thread, all is present and correct - everything is 'In Progress' that should be. There were also hints that something was received from other agencies around November/December 2018 time (Police Certs or border control maybe?) (only guessing). However, still looks like there has been no real change to the file since March this year.

Other than ordering GCMS notes, is there anything that can kick an application into being processed? Unless the agent handling our case is waiting for files to arrive for background/eligibility/criminality/career information, then I don't see what the wait is for. It just seems ... dormant!?

Anyway - the GCMS notes were well worth it. All online too, $5 - bargain.

And as predicted - it states 'we will (by law!) respond in 30 days' and will 'contact you if we extend to 60 days.' So, as predicted: on day 31 we've heard nothing, so I fire off an email requesting status update as it's been 30 days and the very next day (a Saturday!) we received the notes (!)

I shall be ordering another set in a couple of weeks to see if there's any progress.
