GCMS Notes - Spouse Application

Hello Everyone:

I have ordered my GCMS notes Oct 29th and received it today. And the notes from the local officer is
ASSESSMENT: -Provided 3 photographs showing celebration of marriage registration with the presence of 4 friends. -Photographs as proof demonstrated both at ease and natural -Appears no apparent concerns per narrative of relationship and evidences on file
Is that kind of positive notes?
This notes was written on Aug 8th and since the date I ordered the GCMS notes, there is no update.
And in my link background check is being processed since Aug 29th and I haven't received pre-arrive letter. Thanks

Here is the detailed notes from the VO in my local office

CASE ANALYSIS CONSULTANT: Y_Paid PA: -SEARCH issued SA 2001 & 2003. 2015/03/31 HC-CDA refused 2015/03/31. 2017/03/28 No Enforcement/No further Action –Previous marriage(s)/relationship: N

Sponsor: - landing approved 2017/02/03 (CEC). PRD approved 2017/04 –SEARCH approved SP 2012; WP-EXT 2013 & 2014. No previous undertaking –Previous marriage(s)/relationship: N –Children: none

GENESIS & DEVELOPMENT: -First met: 2013/09/03 – Married: 2016/01/24 –PA and sponsor knew each other via dating app “JackD”. –Sponsor found that PA was also living in the same building. –Sponsor invited PA to come over for several occasions and they eventually 1st met on 2013/09/03

-Same sex spouse – PA/M is 35; sponsor/M is 25 – 10 years of age difference -2014 PA was declined Humanitarian & Compassionate application; -2017/03 PA was requested to voluntarily leave Canada, PA complied. –Marriage took place in 2016 –Per rep’s submission, after marriage for 1 month, PA and spouse did not cohabite, signed Separation Agreement dated 2016/11/21. –Sponsor is now living with female roommate. –Sponsor visited PA twice since PA returned to PRC 2017/05/11 to 2017/06/18 2017/12/28 to 2018/01/01 –Stated did not let parents of both know of their marriage because in PRC parents find it hard to accept.
