GCMS NOTES SHOWS-CRIM NOT PASSED/POOR QUALITY FINGERPRINTS

Hi all,

Recently I have received my notes that shows my group name: PNP-CRIM NOT PASSED. The main reason caused this situation is my poor quality fingerprints. Actually due to this poor quality, I already went to re-do my fingerprints 5 times( 3 times for tourist visa, 2 times for working visa).
Will this affect my PR application? What should I do in the next step?
