GCMS notes show medical in progress

Hi, we submitted my husband's spousal application in Feb 2024. We'd recently ordered GCMS notes which mention the following:

Type: Medical

Status: In Progress

Validity:

Status updated date: 2024/07/26

Due Date: 2025/03/06


We haven't yet received any request for a medical exam so why does the status show the medical is in progress? Should we reach out to IRCC to check?
