GCMS notes should I ?

Hello all in GCMS field here! My timeline is in signatures. I am curious to know that how long a PA's Eligibility check will continue! I phoned and she told me "All is good, no red flags, PA's eligibility is going on" But later another agent said "there is NOTHING going on at all , your file can be opened up any day!" Told me 12 month total which we all know.
Here is what I read on GCkeys same since med passed and also exactly 1 month after MED Passed same:-
Review of eligibility : We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results : You passed the medical exam.
Is it too early to order GCMS notes, should wait 3-4 more months?
I wonder why NO "File Transfer" is showing up, will this file be dealt with rt here in Canada? Or are they still working on PA's Eligibility? Or file is dead but they will eventually transfer it ?

Since I got approved as SA already! Why every agent has a diff answer!
Any replies will be appreciated.

Take what call center agents say with a grain of salt. You only got aor 1.5 months ago. You can try and order notes but i doubt youll get much info. We waited 4 months after transfer

most outland sponsorship are processed abroad but outland could also be processed inside Canada......where your application is processed depends on the decision of the visa officer......your application is been processed and don't get stressed about file transfer.

In application "Status"......Review of eligibility: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"......means your application is currently been reviewed if you meet eligibility to be issued the PR visa.

Background check is usually completed after review of eligibility.....when background check has started, the status will change to (2)....below.....

1.) Background Check: “Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.”.
2.) Background Check: “We are processing your background check. we will send you a message if we need more information.“

your application has only been in process for 6 months......relax....assume takes 12 moths to complete processing to reduce the waiting stress.

Curious if you have any idea why the visa officer would make decision to have the outland sponsorship application processed abroad rather than
inside Canada? Do you think it's country specific? Or depending on the complexity of the case?

inland sponsorship is processed inside Canada and most outland sponsorship are processed abroad by the visa office responsible for the principal applicant (PA) country..

However, could be decided by the visa officer who initially reviewed your application to process outland inside Canada for whatever reason

Seems the agent can make a determination for whatever reason regarding the file being processed in Canada or (PA's) country.
Probably processed faster in Canada with recommendation to the PA Visa office? ....Just wondering how they would make that determination?

Agent said we are just call center agents cant dig out too much in the files, we are not immi/officers as ppl think. They do random selection most likely files which does not need clarification from homeland of applicants. There was an OBO bulletin for that sharing work thing. As far FAST=YES ?No if file after review here is recommended for interview, it rather takes bit more time as it would be sent to VO , But some files of AUG recvd; done here got PPRs already this month. Ours does not look like that or needs more time somehow.

The bulletin for the work sharing thing will try to make things more efficient given everyone is trained properly.
It's difficult to make sense on the timelines and fairness regarding this process. They have all the power and we have to wait.
12 months is all they say....Hopefully it's done faster so we can be together with our loved ones.
Good news if some Aug files received PPRs.

hi, our file is already transferred to nvdo in November, i called on an automated system. since i got aor 1 , the eligibility is going on . so don't worry, they received my file on july 13, 2018
