GCMS notes says "Eligibility - Passed"

Hi All,

I received my GCMS notes today and it says "Eligibility Passed"... What does that mean?? Does it mean that all documents I provided are correct or enough to satisfy case officer..? Nothing else is changes.. I am PNP _Inland (e-APR: 11th April, 2017)

What are the chances of getting PR when "Eligibility is Passed and you don't have any criminal record"
