GCMS notes says application has been approved for months, but no COPR

Applied in September 2019. The officer notes section of GCMS indicates that application has been approved since July 2020. Anybody else in this situation?

Since when are you waiting for a revert? Have you raised a webform? What is your VO? Are you inland or outland?

Then wait for the travel restrictions to finish. Main things is you are PR and once you are there is no going back.

Hopefully they will send the request for passport email once again once travel restrictions are lifted. Thanks for your response
