You mean Oct 10, 2020 surely?I'm in the same situation (CEC in-land). My file was approved on Oct 10, 2021 according to GCMS notes. No COPR so far (it is in the queue PQ-9515-COPR, but "not started").

Hi... Did you get the actual COPR document?Hey there,
I'm in Canada, received a status update on my CIC portal that my application for PR is approved. It shows copr document number both for myself & my wife. But I don't see any document attached on the secure message section neither I received email checked my junk folder too. I'm not sure how long will it take to receive my COPR. Would appreciate if someone could give me a rough estimate on the timeline to get my PR card & please advise what should I do in terms of next step to get my PR card. I have some travel plans for this year so kind of stuck with ongoing process.
Thanks in advance
Regards
Prakash
Unfortunately, no updates so far.did you get any updates ? i had same in my gcms notes
Woah, that’s a long wait. 9515, if I’m not mistaken is Ottawa CPC. Most apps are stuck there but your application is the longest wait I’ve seen for a CEC-inland. If the IRCC agent and webforms are note helping, try emailing Ottawa CPC (I don’t know the email address) or try raising a technical glitch error via your IRCC account.Hi I'm CEC inland AOR January 28, 2020
My PR was approved (Final: Approved) on June 18, 2020 as per GCMS. still waiting for COPR..
Seems to be stuck in the print queue..
Anyone from print queue PQ-9515-COPR got COPR?
Thanks for the ideas. I just sent an email to CPC Ottawa again.Woah, that’s a long wait. 9515, if I’m not mistaken is Ottawa CPC. Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do. If only IRCC can sort and filter those who were applied in the 1st half of 2020 or even earlier and prioritize those and get it out of the door. But unfortunately, their archaic system (GCMS) apparently doesn’t have that functionality. Thanks for the ideas. I just sent an email to CPC Ottawa again.
I have also tried to raise this issue with my MP and even went on the news in February https://globalnews.ca/video/7660897/permanent-resident-applicants-still-waiting-for-approvals but they didn't help.
