GCMS Notes Revived - Can I get opinions

Based on my GCMS notes I'm guessing what happened is that my file has been looked into by a CPO? Since in the notes my IELTS, Tuition fees, etc are verified and my status was "Recommend passed" and the AIP I received on the 4th of September was a glitch AIP?

I believe the AIP is not glitch, otherwise you would have got an email by them stating it was sent by error.. My IELTS, Tuition fees, etc are verified too.. I did check with one of the Canadian lawyers about aip and they said it is legitimate..
