I suggest you consult a SOP specialist to rework on your SOP as it was clear from GCMS that your SOP is not up to the mark at all.

You keep editing and deleting your posts which makes it hard to get context.

If it's honesty you want, then here's my take: your chances of getting a Canada SP for SCM with your profile is almost zero. There is absolutely no way to justify this with your academic background and job history.

Get another course and at a reputable university..or college even. What Greeny786 suggested might be a good choice.

I note that
motivation letter provided is vague and generic and does not clear career path and how such selected program will be of benefit.Given the employment and previous education,motivation to pursue studies at this time is not reasonable

I have completed mechanical engineering and choose supply chain management.Please i need genuine advice

You could just take a supply chain management course in your country or anywhere else. Why do you need to go all the way to Canada for that? What is your justification for that?

health courses are not anywhere relvant mechanical engineering.What are you saying.

I did civil engineering and the occupational health and safety diploma and I working in construction company as health and safety engr. MEP is a department in every construction or industrial company who prefer a safety engr with mechanical background.

Go for a good content writer to justify your points....My sister got visa for Sep 2021 intake in 4th attempt with strong SOP....
I have also lodged my file for Jan 2022 intake....
Content writer chraged only 1200 rs...600 before SOP 600 after SOP
