Did you get a 90 day extension message for GCMS or you get them directly ???

No AIP and notes. I believe notes are being added when a decision is made.

This means the Visa Officer thinks an interview should be carried out to confirm eligiblity. This doesnt necessarily mean they will hold interview, they could simply finalize result without an interview, or have a phone interview due to current covid situation.
