GCMS notes questions

I have 2 questions for GCMS notes:

(1) My spouse is with me in Canada on visitor visa and our spousal sponsorship file is in progress. We would like to apply for GCMS notes. So, can I apply on her behalf? OR it has to be applied by her because she is present in Canada?

(2) What should be selected for question: "What type of record would you like to request?". Should it be "Permanent Residence" or "Family Class, Spouse or Common Law Partner in Canada Class"?
