Hi, I applied privacy act GCMS notes its been more than a month I didn't receive the privacy gcms note. my question is shoul i apply information GCMS notes is it affect my application for pr? Your knowledge will help. Thank you.

The answer is NO. Ordering GCMS is your right and its does not affect the processing of your file. On the contrary, some applicants have reported that they received ghost updates after requesting the GCMS notes. - Answer from legalfalcon

I applied but didn't receive it yet so I applied for information gcms one in atip will wait still didn't get the privacy gcms from atip.
