GCMS notes - problem with consent form...

Hello guys!

Has anyone here been requested a new consent form a few weeks after they applied for GCMS notes?

I'm asking because I requested mine on 2nd of March and around the 16th of March the service I'm using told me that IRCC/CIC had rejected the consent form (appeared to have been tampered with) and requested a new one, which I promptly provided in color on the 18th of March.

And still nothing...

It's been 47 days since my original request and 32 days since IRCC has received the new consent form and I've still not got my notes!

Has this happened to anyone? If so please share you situation and how long it took you to finally get your notes.
