GCMS notes 'other requirements'

Hello all,

I submitted my express entry CEC in Sept 2016 and not finalized until now. It's been a year. I sent an email to cic and cic said that my application need additional verification. I order three times of my notes and all of them stopped in Nov 2016. All of the notes showed 'other requirements' is in progress, and there's a section of 'Verification' which is blanked out. I think the 'Verification' is the one consume lots of time. My satus is:

Criminal: In progress
Eligibility: review required
Security: Not Start
Medical: Passed


Could anyone explain this to me?
