GCMS notes of my withdrwawn AINP application

Hi folks,
I moved from Alberta to Sask. in July 2012 for a new job and for personal reasons.
Here are the notes on GCMS before I sent a letter to CIC asking to put hold my application until my SINP certificate is issued. CIC requested for this certificate several times until June 2013 and then withdrew the application due failure to provide a valid certificate. the SINP certificate is still not issued as of today.

FOSS NAI. PA has held valid status in Cda since original entry in 2008. WP 2008 - to date. Civil status: married. Spouse and child are CC. Cda passport provided. Provincial Nominee Approval Letter on file: Alberta - employer driven stream. Duly signed Schedule 4 on file. Information provided on form is consistent with the accompanying documentation. IMM on file. Employment on PN vert consistent with that declared by PA, WPs and apparent skill level of PA. I am satisfied that applicant meets Provincial Nominee selection criteria. All required PCs on file and no A34/35/36/37 concerns evident. RCMP check - NRT. Security and criminality passed. Meds passed.

My question:
Security and criminality status being passed in this application would this expedite my current CEC application, assuming all other eligibility criteria are also passed?

Let's here from people who applied in two different programs.
I also noticed that my notes say that criminality check is valid until july 2014. So I assume that it's the same for security although the both fields on status and validity are left blank. But as per the above notes the VO said security is passed.

For what it looks like to me, it may speed up your CEC background check, as it has already been done.

Chances are less it will expedite your process. In CEC, the main wait time is for a Senior VO to actually look in to your file. Even though everything may be clean, you may need to wait for a VO to look in to your file. For me my file was first looked on August 26 (as per GCMS) and had my Medicals not expiring ( I did advance medicals), I would have received PPR on Aug 26 itself but I got PPR on Sep 4, since medicals needed an extension. So yeah your Criminality and Security passed earlier, may not help a lot.
