I received GCMS notes today and was disappointed to to see that under assessments only Criminality is In Progress and rest everything is 'Not Started'. and for my spouse nothing has started yet. I am an October applicant.

The point I am more concerned about is that under the notes it says, "CLIENT LISTED NOC CODE AS 6222 'my job title' THIS NOC CODE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN GCMS, ENTERED AS 9914 NEW WORKER"

I actually had 3 NOC codes for the qualifying year. 1225 with my previous employer, and 0621 and 6222 (current position) with my current employer. They haven't mentioned about the first two NOC codes. And why would they say that 6222 is not available in GCMS and change my code to new worker :o I had provided explicit job letters from my employers and other proofs of my employment

Seniors, please provide your inputs on this. Should I take steps to clarify this with CIC?

when did u apply your status

I would want to send a fax to your VO clearly stating your concerns after obtaining GCMS notes and ask them to amend your record.

Hi Pippin, Thanks.

Do you think it's a good idea to send the Record Correction Request form (I received this with my GCMS notes email) to CPP - O via email.

I would use any method possible to get their attention. I am not sure which VO is yours.

I have noticed another thing,

On the initial pages --- under my profile They have NOC 9914000 Occupation: New Worker and under my spouse's profile they have NOC 9914000 Occupation: Non Worker

Just wanted to know if that is normal. Why would they assign an NOC to a Dependent. Even if they do, why should it be same as the PA. But they have changed the occupation. Mine is New Worker and her is Non Worker????

Can someone share their experience, If you have ordered GCMS notes and have spouse in your application - Does any NOC reflect for your spouse?

MY GCMS Notes reflect the same NOC:9914000 for spouse...I guess this is normal.

What is the question, the main one starting the thread or something which is part of the discussion.
The question is, is it normal for the spouse's NOC code to appear in the GCMS notes as 9914000 "New Worker" despite having provided a valid NOC code for the spouse? Specially when in the same GCMS notes you can see that all of your spouse's work history is included. So why "New Worker"? Is it normal or is it a mistake we need to correct?
I'm also in the same situation.
Thank you @legalfalcon

Di you claim points for our spouses work experience. A dependent spouse does not get any points for work experience, unless the work experience is in Canada.
