GCMS notes late? or never arrived?

Is there a clear procedure to ordering these?

I always find bits of information everywhere on how to do it, but never the full thing.

You and your spouse both have a ID Client # so for the one been sponsoring and the sponsor its best you include both ID numbers ok

It will be 30 days on May 10.

Still waiting. We applied for them via email.

After the 30 days contact them to inform them that they have gone over the 30 day dateline!
